Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone Tablets contain three medicines, namely: Pain Killer – Aceclofenac, Analgesic and antipyretic – Paracetamol, Muscle Relaxant – Chlorzoxazone. These operate by inhibiting the action of a natural substance called cyclo-oxygenase enzymes which produce another substance (prostaglandins) and act on the CNS to relax muscles and thus relieve pain due to many causes like muscle pull, sprain, etc.
